The Four Oaks Job – Something a little different…

The job was completed in 3 phases.

The first phase was to build a single and two storey rear extension on the back of the property creating a large open plan kitchen/diner, lounge are, utility with a bedroom and bathroom above.

The second phase was the installation of the sandstone patio and steps, complete with aco drains, dwarf walls and planting.

The third phase was the landscaping of the top garden area. This consisted of a long, winding cobblestone pathway edged with bricks, a huge lawn area with boarder planting, a pergola, another set of steps leading to a small patio area at the very top of the garden.

As well as the mint sandstone paving and dwarf wall this job involved the construction of a raised sleeper planter and the installation of aco drains along the house. The combination of materials used here work really well together to give the customer a satisfying and contemporary outdoor space.

The finishing touch was sealing the patio with a colour enhancing sealer to bring out the colours of the sandstone whilst offering long term protection against staining.

Tobermore Shannon Block Paved Driveway

This wonderful block paved driveway was created using charcoal pavers as the main colour and sienna grey for the contemporary boarder. We added a curved slot drain at the front of the driveway to comply with SUDS legislation.

We also built the boundary walls, including the curved wall with the horizontal timber panels.

The Tomkinson Road Home Extension

We oversaw and project managed this extension from start to finish.

We completed everything from excavation, concreting, building of footings, drainage, floor construction, brickwork, roof construction, roof tiling, steel installation and knock through, floor screeding, floor tiling and fencing. Brining in our approved contractors to complete the electrics, plumbing and plastering.

The clients have booked us in to return and install a new driveway at the front and to landscape the rear garden.

Kandla Grey Porcelain with curves

This was a complete garden re-design which started with installing new composite panel fencing complete with concrete posts and gravel boards, and a low level curved retaining wall.

Then came the 4 size Kandla Grey porcelain with artificial lawn circle in the centre to complete the area. There was a lot of cutting and over-laying on this job, but I’m sure you’ll agree that the end result looks fantastic.

The Big Porcelain Job…

This was easily our largest landscaping job to date. It was a complete garden re-design which involved installing new steps leading to a raised lawn area, the building of retaining walls with porcelain copings on top and a raised herb garden built from softwood sleepers.

Then came the 150m2 of Italian porcelain to lay complete with contrasting border detail running throughout.
